“…The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; The God of my rock; in Him will I trust: He is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my savior” 2 Sam 22:2-3
Jesus is the rock of our salvation (Ps 95:0); our sure foundation (1 Cor 3:11), the cornerstone (Ps 118:22, 23; Matt 21:42; Acts 4:11; Eph. 2:20), the Solid Rock (1 Sam 2:2), our stronghold and refuge (2 Sam 22:3). He Himself is the Rock that followed Israel in the wilderness.
For they drank from the supernatural Rock which followed them, and the Rock was Christ. 1 Corinthians 10:1-4 RSV
Truly there is no Rock like our God! (2 Sam 22:32) Today's reading is full of praise. So open God's Word and let's wash our minds in His truth. He is good all time!
