Don’t Loose Heart
We do not loose heart. 2 Corinthians 4:16
We may not be able to see today how God intends to fulfill His promises and prophecies tomorrow – but we can be certain that He WILL. His Word stands firm and He is faithful to every word He has spoken.
Knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you. 2 Corinthians 4:14
It will all come to pass just as He promises. He promised to come and redeem us from our sin and He did. He promises to return and take us to heaven and He Will. Soon and very soon we’ll be going to see our King!
Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
We have reason to rejoice today! No matter the situation or struggle, our Reedemer lives and soon we will stand and see Him face to face. What a glorious day that will be. He will wipe away every tear (Rev 21:4) and all will be made right.
Let's open His Word today and consider this eternal perspective: this world is not our forever home!
